Reflexology with Acupuncture

Peta Trousdell FAoR, Cert.Ac.AHPR, BA(Hons)

Peta has been a practising reflexologist since 1995 and is a Fellow of the Association of Reflexologists In 2000 qualified as a Scaravelli inspired yoga teacher. Peta uses her experience of yoga to enhance her Reflexology practice and works therapeutically and holistically allowing for each person to connect with their own deep intrinsic knowledge of themselves and how they relate to the world.

Her work is primarily about enabling personal recognition, release and transformation and above all honouring and trusting the wonderful intelligence of our body and its ability to heal on all levels. Reflexology allows the body to de-stress and 'settle down' and encourages the body to work naturally towards its own healthy balance.

Peta has worked in a variety of settings for the past 30 years using relaxation techniques, reflexology and yoga to enable release of anxiety and stress and to help combat depression.  A significant part of her work is concerned with fertility issues and supporting women pre-conception, in pregnancy and beyond and there is increasing evidence to show the beneficial effects of reflexology.

Peta is now offering Integrated Acupuncture and Reflexology treatments as well as individual consultations in Reflexology.

She has four children and one granddaughter and lives in Keymer.

Prices are:

Initial consultation (1 hour and 15 minutes) - £45
Subsequent consultations (1 hour) - £40
